Hardcore engineering
The AI age will flood the world with software built by people who can't read their own stack traces. We're the opposite. We write code, review code, and ship code that holds up in production.
Senior engineers for the AI age. Some software is your core — we help you build it. The rest is context — we take it off your plate.

Our team averages 20 to 30 years in production systems. We have shipped through dot-com, mobile, cloud, and now AI. Hype cycles change. Engineering principles don't.
The name is a joke. The work is not. We say what we mean, we admit when we are wrong, and we don't hide behind consultant slides.
Two questions before we work together. Most companies get this backwards — they outsource what they should own, and hold onto what they should hand off.
If it's core
It's the thing your business is actually about. The code stays yours; the team stays yours. We help you get there — as advisors, coaches, trainers, auditors, second pair of eyes. We won't take it off your hands, because you shouldn't let us.
If it's context
It's necessary, but not what makes you you. We design it, build it, run it, and keep it running. So your people focus on what's actually core. One team across the whole lifecycle, not a relay race.
A small team of senior engineers based in Thailand and Vietnam, with collaborators across Southeast Asia. Combined experience: somewhere north of 200 years of shipped software.
Long-form notes on engineering, AI, and what we have learned the hard way. First posts coming soon.
